BC adds New Jersey Linebacker

Paul Theobald is the newest member of Addazio's 2017 recruiting class. He verballed Tuesday via Twitter and gives the class more defensive talent and continues the push into New Jersey.

A Seton Hall Prep product, Theobald carries 3 stars from 247 and 3 stars from Rivals. He is unranked by Scout. Other than BC, his best offers were from Rutgers and Northwestern.

Things won't stop now. Other rumored verbals are looming and should come in the following days.

Theobald is a good pickup and evidence that the acquisition of Campanile is paying instant dividends. Regaining the relationships destroyed by Spaz at the Northern Jersey Catholic powers is absolutely imperative. Having someone who is young and that plugged into the Jersey scene is huge.

The name coming in the next week has a great offer list and will be an excellent addition to the LB group.

Ross Applegate and Josh Haden still have a few years of eligibility left.

good to see some improvement in recruiting. on 24/7, BC now has an ACC team rank of 7/14 teams. Last 2 years BC was 14/14 and 14/14.

Let's hope it continues

The fact that your BS agenda is completely dependent on the rankings of a bunch of fat nobodies is ridiculous . Stop basing you're arguments on these services. They've never been favorable to BCs recruiting base and last year was largely dependent on the class size. It's just such a lazy analysis fueling your nonsensical rants

joey -

Even a compliment by me draws a complaint by you, and a vicious one at that. Is my so-called agenda now to compliment Daz? Holy Cow.

my "rants"? my "BS agenda"? "fat nobodies" Did I rant about something? Who are the fat people you talk about? . I think someone is a little hype-sensitive? right?

Just hysterical.

Go complain about something else Joey.

ps. you and superfan/kash both use the same odd phrase "a lazy analysis" - what's your analysis?

pss. you say 'They've never been favorable to BCs recruiting base' - but they are favorable today.. BC is in the top half....is top 50% too low?
